Just waited almost 2 hours for our delivery. Called and was told it was on its way , 45 minutes later called back and told the order was now on its way.To be charged for delivery is a joke when it's taken this long. Finally received our delivery and the food honestly wasn't up to scratch. £30 down and 2 hours lost for something that really wasn't worth it.

Absolutely disgusted at the order i have received today. I called to advise i had found a chunk of hair in my order, I waited almost an hour for them to collect the item to show the chef. The company was very unapologetic quite frankly. They did provide a refund but no real care or concern at the fact this has been found in the food. Ive ordered from here for years but I wont be back. I feel physically sick especially as I had eaten part of the meat already. Disgusting.
