We asked our server for their bestsellers, and she recommended the Matilda cake and the “Biskits Favourite.” On my previous visit, they only served desserts, but it seems they’ve since rebranded into more of a diner-style restaurant. We went to Biskits and it was a refreshing experience. Firstly, they had a prayer room, seconding the flat white wasn’t bitter whatsoever it had a nice , smooth flavour the coffee was made with thought and care. The Karak chai also was made with care and thoughtfulness as it was so smooth and satisfying. The meal in itself wasn’t huge but the sauces and dips made up for flavour and filled us up. I love Biskits, we always come for family birthdays and any occasions. The food is always perfect. I loved the grilled cheese. All staff are always welcoming and friendly. We usually have sully who is very funny and makes sure everything is going well. Zara served us today and she was excellent. She always checked up on us and gave what we asked for.
