Fabulous restaurant where you can order at the bar or via the website, using the link on the QR code found on a table. Ordering via the QR code is easily done, although there is the opportunity to tip at checkout stage before you've experienced the food and service to make a decision on tip worthiness.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Palacio Lounge, Falmouth today. When I ordered a vanilla iced coffee, I was shocked to find ants in my drink. While waiting at the bar for my refund, I observed very poor hygiene standards. Milk cartons left open without lids, a banana peel discarded on the counter and dirty jugs left out. None of this was cleaned or dealt with in the 15 minutes I stood there waiting for the manager. Despite the establishment not being busy at all. What made matters worse was the manager’s attitude. A lovely setting that has been decked out very well and made great use of the space. My only pueve is we ordered a drink on the app, even paid a tip for the table service and it never came. After 15 minutes gave up and trekked downstairs to get it myself. If I am paying for table service and a tip on top, I shouldn't be collecting my own drinks. Food was very good though.

Good food at a reasonable price, if you want something other than burgers and chips. This is the place to go!! Some outdoor seating, large seating areas indoors on two floors Very dark interior, but pleasantly decorated as was an old bank We sat outside in our first visit and indoors on our second visit!! Friendly, helpful staff and unintrusive music playing. Seems popular with students at certain times of the day. So if you want somewhere quiet, maybe this isn't the place to go
