Always get service with a smile. The staff at this branch are so friendly. They take the time to get to know their regular customers properly which is a nice personal touch. The manager Andy is lovely. Can't be helpful enough. He is often outside helping to keep the area clean and tidy which is nice to see it isn't left to the rest of the staff. It's definitely become a favourite store of ours now.

I use the drive thru quite often and while the drinks are usually 8/10, the experience is more like a 4/10. It's rare to get a friendly server so when you do you feel quite shocked. There seems to be quite a high turnover too, so the worst part is when whoever is dealing with the transaction doesn't know that using a reuseable cup gives you an extra bean so the incentive is never rewarded. They need to train their new staff better.

Staff very calm and friendly, even though we had some technical issues with payment. Wrote a lovely message on my coffee cup lid. Will absolutely come back again.

Had a drive thru and a worker called Greg was rude and moaning that I asked for cream and marshmallows when I payed for them but they didn’t have them in it and then went on to call me “fat” and need to go to the gym. Honestly always happens with him I would not recommend going there on a Sunday bc the workers are rude
