Me and my partner had a wonderful birthday meal at serinas this evening. We were welcomed with a smile which makes such a difference. The atmosphere was chilled, relaxing and very inviting. We had a couple of mocktails to start and ordered the padron peppers and yorkshire briskits as our starters... they were absolutely delicious (especially the yorkshire briskits ) Once they were devoured in about 5 seconds, our mains of seabass with smashed potatoes and tomahawk steak (with added prawns to make it surf and turf) arrived with with a completmentary side salad for both. Absolutely fantastic seabass dish. The fish was perfectly cooked — fresh, flaky, and full of flavour. It came served on a bed of crushed potatoes with asparagus and capers, which worked beautifully together. The fresh salad on the side added a really nice balance, but the standout was definitely the chimichurri on top — vibrant, fresh, and packed with flavour. Every element on the plate felt well thought out and beautifully presented. Easily one of the best seabass dishes I’ve had. Highly recommend.
