We have ordered a few times not sure what’s happened the last 2 times . Food has been appallingly cold I ordered some chicken very dry I wouldn’t even let the dog eat it burger was bad few bites in the bin chips cold I will not be ordering again

Really disappointed with our experience ordering from Sorento. The food was honestly horrible. The chicken was extremely dry, the chips were vile and rubbery, and the pizza was spicy even though it wasn’t advertised as spicy at all. The milkshakes also gave everyone who had one stomach pain/gut ache afterwards, which was really concerning. Customer service on the phone was also very poor. They allow you to select a milk allergy when ordering milkshakes, which made us assume they offered an alternative milk like oat or similar. Instead, they rang to say they only have cow’s milk. Ordered with sorentos for a while now but recently it’s not been as nice.we have been leaving more food than we’ve ate. Naan is wet and soggy, the Shish is tasteless. They just haven’t been enjoyable recently. We was hoping it was a one off but it’s been the last 3-4 orders now and they haven’t got any better. Quite an expensive takeaway compared to some and were a family of 5 so it costs a lot but it use to be worth the cost until now. Very disappointed how it’s gone down hill 😞
