One of my favourite Costa Cafés. The staff is incredibly friendly, especially the baristas who treat loyal customers like close friends. The place is always well-stocked depending on the season and the quality of the coffee is always top-notch. It sounds like a standard Costa but the personal touch makes it special.

On May 23rd at 1:45 PM, Lola served the customer behind me in the line and ignored me as if I were a plate of vegetable lasagna. I was already late and the shop was crowded, and this situation only made things worse.
