visited Feltham Charcoal Grill yesterday, and ordered a large chicken shish. When I went to pay, my card suddenly declined — even though I explained clearly that there is money on my card and the payment just wasn’t going through. Instead of handling it professionally, the staff member spoke to me in a rude and confrontational way, saying things like “What are we going to do with it now? Who’s going to pay? We’ll have to throw it away, isn’t it?” as if I intentionally caused a problem. To make things worse, when another customer walked in, he started openly discussing my situation with them,

Good sent out by just eat as a multiple order, with a cyclist… took 30 minutes to finally arrive and when it did it was all stone cold, soggy and not edible. Some chips were raw and some overcooked some had soaked all the juice from salad. ( previously the chips and salad had been served separate ) After calling the restaurant they were rude and lied and said he had only sent 10 minutes ago. Portion sizes are small. Food quality was not acceptable. Terrible customer service
