Had another terrible experience at the Subway in Feltham. The staff member, was extremely unprofessional from the start. She was busy talking to another staff member in her own language instead of focusing on serving us. While making my sandwich, she handled the salad carelessly, let items fall onto the board, and still put them back on the sandwich. I even had to ask for more lettuce because it wasn’t prepared properly. When adding sauces, she didn’t listen, poured the sweet onion unevenly, and then responded very rudely when my wife pointed it out—blaming the sauce bottle instead of correct

I always have a great experience when I’m served by Bhupinder at Subway. He’s incredibly friendly and always goes the extra mile to recommend new things to try on the menu. His suggestions have actually introduced me to combinations I wouldn’t have picked myself, and they’ve always been spot on. You can tell he genuinely cares about customer service and making sure people enjoy their food. Staff like Bhupinder make a simple visit to Subway a much better experience. Keep up the great work!

I’ve been a loyal customer of the Feltham Subway for quite a while, Every time I go to Subway ,service is always quite not good due to the stuff not carrying that much for their customers. and they do not cover their hair it’s very not hygienic This is the second time I have found a strand of hair and I couldn’t done anything because I already said it was for takeaway as I got home what can I do? I know it’s not my hair because I have a different type pattern. and it was straight hair. this made my love for Subway downhill
