I’ve been a member of Hart for 20+ years and despite moving to Farnborough and a different gym, I returned to complete surgery rehab and now postnatal recovery because of the better range of gym equipment and pool access. Unfortunately on return, the gym is always over packed and unsafe. There’s constantly teenage boys stood hogging equipment or asking when I’m done. During Covid there was a booking system to control the numbers in the gym, I strongly suggest this is reimplemented for safety and customer satisfaction. Gym 4/5, good setup, got 90% of the gear you’ll ever want. Slightly cramped, bit more floor space would be good. Sauna 5/5, regularly at 100C, none of this 60C nonsense you get at Hilton and David Lloyd. 5/5 football cages and main pitch. 4/5 pool, full size, good temp, just gets too busy. Too many people bobbing about having a chatting in lanes. 4/5 Value for money, roughly £48 p/m which feels about fair.

Great place really large car park. Free for 3 hours make sure you register your car at reception a good sized cafe area with softplay for your kids. We often go there after a great swimming session
