“Amazing relaxing atmosphere Really good food”

Stopped here twice while visiting Flint - ordered my usual coffee and porridge. Busy and loud at 9pm, as expected. Next morning, nice and peaceful! Relaxed ambience yet order came quickly and cleaning in progress and tables/seats are indeed very clean. Cool, pleasant and polite service.

The most unpleasant experience of dining at a McDonald's in the 51 years of my life. The staff had zero customer service skills. They were frankly rude and were more bothered about taking between themselves and singing/ dancing than serving the customers. The tables were filthy with food and wrappers remaining from previous diners. It was like a youth club in the dining area, with numerous teenagers shouting across the dining area and there was no attempt to ask them to respect other diners. Visiting while on holiday. Cleanest McDonald's in a while. Young dark haired man, high Vis waistcoat constantly on the go. Attentive to all customers and seemed proud of his workplace, cleaning as he went. Nice to see.

You can’t even pay the people here to work. If you order online you get a message to say the order is ready but when you arrive they haven’t even started the order and ask you to wait ten minutes for them to start. Same in store your order will say it’s ready to collect but everyone is stood around doing nothing and gossiping or picking their nose. Half the time what you’ve ordered is cold, they never salt the chips or hash browns and the staff are rude/ignorant.
