Went to the drive in , waited 5 minutes then my order was taken. I had 1 car in front of me. The cashier was very polite , pleasant and has a lovely smile. I moved along to recive my order and waited 10 minutes. The chips were newly cooked and delcious as was the cheese burger. The salted caramel Galaxy ice cream was lovely very creamy and just right for a super soft ice cream. The order was packed into a sturdy brown McDonalds bag , servietts were included as was a sturdy plastic spoon for the ice cream. There are dedicated areas to either sit in your car to eat or sit at dedicated picnic tab

The presentation at this McDonald’s is very thoughtful and well-organized, which really lifts my mood! In addition, the Big Arch burgers look great. Beautifully presented food truly makes the day more enjoyable. 😊

Shocking disregard for allergies. Ordered a wrap with no cucumber due this a bad allergic reaction from them, label said no cucumber, wrap itself did actually have it in though. Caused a bad few hours after. Staff need training. McDonald's customer service response was very lacklustre.

I went in with my Grandchildren. From the moment I went in a wonderful lady helped me order, as I was not experienced at it. She came over and asked me if everything was OK. Chatted to the children. My Grandson then had a small toilet accident and she kindly looked after them why I went and got dry clothes for him from the car. She and her staff truely went overboard with fantastic customer service. What wonderful staff. Thank you.
