I arrived early for my friend’s private graduation gathering and was given such a warm welcome by Nafal. He was the only waiter on duty, with the rest of the team in the kitchen, yet he managed 15 meals, drinks, and customer requests single-handedly with professionalism and ease. We had booked a table in advance, however when we arrived our booking was not on the system. We were first given a table outside, despite specifically requesting to sit inside, and it was only set up for 2 people when there were 3 of us. We were then shown to another table, but the sofa seating was far too low and uncomfortable. By this point we were already fed up, but accepted the table after requesting proper chairs.
