Rude shift manager Lakshmi said I can’t place order with her over till and have to use screens, when I explained paper voucher I got in my Uber Eats order isn’t scannable on app or screens, tills only, she reluctantly took my order with attitude I haven’t seen in a while! I would like to express my compliment to the customer ambassador named Josline. She is warm and friendly and always has a helping attitude. I have observed numerous times her interactions with customers. Staff like Josline have added to the caring image of this fast food restaurant. I wish Josline enjoys her work and your company can support her to develop on her job.

Never order the delivery from here. 3 cheese burgers, yet not a slice of cheese in sight. Fillet o fish, no cheese, Big mac, I think you are picking up on the trend... Yes, no cheese. Looked like it had been packed by someone practising their basket ball skills and then the help via the app doesn't work and via uber they refund me £3.77. If it wasn't for kids being suckered by marketing (note they were happy meals with no toy for the happy bit) I would never order again. Now just finding the franchise to boycot them and post on social media.

Found two hairs in my mini mcflurry, took them both out and then they refused to make me a new one. No manager was wearing a hairnet, awful standards. I work in food & bev and would not come back here again nor recommend it - save your money and go to another branch
