Ordered delivery and total was £16.02 for two wrap meals, a double cheeseburger, and a pineapple stick. Only a pineapple stick and a SINGLE cheeseburger arrived. The cheeseburger had no sauce, onions, gherkins - only two slices of cucumber on it? I did not ask for these modifications. I was provided a refund of £12.78 for the missing wrap meals but no compensation offered whatsoever for the gross single cheeseburger, even after talking to customer support and showing clear photos of the order coming incorrect Avoid this place for delivery. Shocking

Took my daughter after school for a happy meal. It came quickly/was correct etc but we were really impressed with the staff, who were really friendly and helpful. Shout out to Abdel who really engaged with us and made it an enjoyable trip!

Nice refurb however he kitchen is dire !! Check your food everyone before you eat. Served a bad egg, it was green & black and had been left under the heat lamp so long the muffin shrunk and went stale like. Very poor stock rotation of stock or a genuine rotten egg, should be binned & not served. Chef on the line should not be given the position of cooking. Up your game byker, this is very poor standard indeed.

Every time I order the drink isn’t filled all the way, if I’m paying for a certain size, I don’t want to look and see I got the cup but not the amount of drink I paid for and delivery is getting out of hand way to expensive especially the bag fee/vat/ small order fee like it’s fr robbery for a cheeseburger or two I’ll show an example for the drink but overall food is lovely and don’t have any other issues but fill your drinks up and stop with adding charges for no reason!!!
