Food was burnt and terrible. Oil gets changed every 48 hours Nasty 🤮 ordered my food on the app went in store to say my daughter couldn’t eat it they said nothing could be done because I ordered online l. Went online it says go back to store with receipt which I did then nothing was still done. They would not refund 4.99. Of you order online they can make your food terrible and nothing can be done about it. Best to pay cash in store

This has to be one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at Burger King. I’d never visited this branch before, and honestly, first impressions were terrible. I walked in mid-morning and the place was completely empty. It actually looked almost derelict — lights off, no staff visible anywhere, and for a moment I genuinely wondered if it was even open. After looking towards the kitchen area, I noticed the staff sitting at the back. This evening (31 October 2025 approx 8:40pm – Fulwood Central Preston Burger King) I witnessed one of the most shocking and unprofessional incidents I have ever seen in a food establishment. A woman was openly smoking an electric vape inside the restaurant whilst casually chatting with staff as if she was in her own home, and the staff did absolutely nothing to stop her. She was not even a customer – she works at B&M opposite and seems like she regularly comes just to socialise with the staff.
