“Amazing service the food was top notch and cind employees”

Terrible experience. The food arrived late and everything was completely cold by the time we got it. To make matters worse, we ordered four full meals (burgers, fries, and drinks) but they only threw in two tiny sauce pots for the entire order. Late, cold, and missing items—definitely won't be ordering from here again.

The experience I have had in this restaurant is always 5⭐️ We placed a large order for a school class and requested it to be available for a specific time & date, everything was spot on. When I picked up the order all managers were all so helpful, helped me out to my car with the order and all so helpful. Well done McDonalds, happy children all round 😊

Very disappointing drive-through experience today. First, I was given the wrong drink at the collection window, which had to be corrected. After getting home, I then discovered both fries were missing from the order completely. I called the branch and spoke to someone named Keren, but he made no effort to resolve the issue. He didn’t check the order details, ask for the receipt, or try to help in any way. I was simply told to either drive back for the fries or complain through the app. Mistakes can happen, but poor customer service and lack of care made the experience even more frustrating.
