My wife and I stayed at the Premier Inn, Grantham, for just 2 nights very recently. We knew that, whilst still competitively priced, the charge for our room might have been significantly higher had we booked one or two days prior to our stay. However, we booked very early, and reaped the reward with a very low room rate, costing less than £100 for the 2 night stay. Our room was perfect. Clean, tidy, and nothing out of place or missing. Staying here for several months for work. Great place with lovely staff. Great beds and sleep like a baby. Only negative is it’s loud as it right next to the A1. Food is lovely in the brewers fayre next door. Just book for a meal at reception as it can get busy.

I stayed at this Premier Inn for three nights during the week, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. Firstly, checkout time is 12pm, yet housekeeping began knocking on my door at 10:30am. Despite still being in the room and having the “Do Not Disturb / I’m Sleeping” sign displayed, they continued knocking. To make matters worse, while I was in the shower, I heard someone enter the room and then shut the door. This felt like a complete invasion of privacy. I’ve stayed in a few Premier Inns around the country and can confirm … this one is the best. Clean rooms, friendly staff and for what I was doing, perfectly placed. Breakfast at the adjacent Brewers Fayre was also excellent!!
