I've visited this place several times with my family and friends. The kids have fun and enjoy everything on the menu. As for the service, it depends. If the Romanian lady or her sister serves us, they're the best—super attentive and friendly. But if the rest of the staff serves us, it's okay, not the best, but four people to make one dish seems excessive. Regarding cleanliness, I'd make a list. The tables and chairs are OK, but the cleanliness of the bathrooms is terrible. It was a hot day on Friday, 15th May, and while walking around Gravesend, I was interested in buying some desserts to cool down. Though not familiar with Creams, Anna gave me amazing hospitality, made jokes with me and made me feel very comfortable. The way she explained which desert would be the best - I went for the cookie dough - she was telling me what people would have as toppings and how it can be a more tasty dessert. Very hot inside the shop. I waited at the till for 10 minutes despite no other customers in the queue. Many choices are out even though it is only about 5 in the afternoon. The female staff, with a special English Speaking accent, went away to do other things unnecessary when we were deciding our alternatives (because our choice is out), causing our ice-cream to melt! No visit to this shop for a year due to the bad experience before but this time even worse.

I took my brother here as he hasn’t ever been to creams before and my last experience 5 ish years ago now was amazing I remember them for their massive waffles coated in chocolate and decorated with a lot of attention to detail and care. This time around it was not the same at all! Firstly when we come into the restaurant we was not greeted rather told “take a menu and sit down” to which we took one quite shocked and sat down.
