This was my first time visiting this shop, and based on how lovely it looks from the outside and inside, I was expecting a completely different experience, which makes this review even more disappointing to write. The restaurant itself is beautiful, clean-looking, and has a cozy atmosphere. Unfortunately, the service was not welcoming at all. We waited nearly 20/25 minutes for our waffles, and throughout the whole interaction it felt as though the employee’s main concern was closing the restaurant early rather than serving customers. Ordered 2 pancakes and they were delicious, staff were nice and welcoming, food was quick to come to us after we ordered. Only thing was one of the tables we were sat at was wobbly especially while I was cutting my pancake but not a major issue. Can't wait to come back and try more deserts 😋

they’re nice when they’re actually open … but half the time they’re not even when google says they’re meant to be, multiple times i’ve walked down there to find it is closed, not just soon before it’s meant to be but at 4,5 and 6 pm, it’s ridiculous they don’t even pick up the phone
