I had a very positive experience at Wingstop. The till staff, particularly Harrison and his supervisor, were excellent in managing my order with clear care and attention to allergies, which was reassuring and professional. My boyfriend and I went in at Bluewater today. We both love Wingstop and usually come here every month because the food and customer service are normally amazing. However, today was really disappointing. When we ordered our chicken wings, the chicken was very dry and there was barely any sauce compared to how it usually is. Normally the wings are full of flavour and well coated, but today they didn’t taste the same at all. Expensive, and you have to queue up after you’ve paid to get a drink from a machine, one of which doesn’t work, and the Sprite left a weird aftertaste. Machine is probably not cleaned and maintained properly. The chicken is dripping with hot fat, and the sauces were quite unpleasant, again leaving an unpleasant aftertaste. The music is too loud to be able to hear what the servers are saying, and they don’t speak particularly clearly, so it wasn’t 100% clear what we’d ordered. The chips were okay, and that was the high point. Avoid the place and spend your money somewhere serving decent food
