The coffee is.... Fine? But the wait times are just too long. I presume they're constantly short staffed because queues both to order and to collect are always huge. I'd go more often if it didn't take so long to actually get a drink.

As you'd expect from a Costa. The service could be a bit quicker, as the staff not fully utilised, the Costa in Louth has someone taking orders and 2 people making drinks. Here someone takes the order, then goes and makes the drinks. However, the standard of drinks still just as good, and I've not knocked stars off for this
