Service is always so slow here and then when you do get right to the tills staff are rude. There is never a smile and treat you like rubbish if you ask for something, I’ve realised it’s the same staff too that have been there for a while. I always try to avoid this Costa and go to the other ones in Harlow that are friendlier. When they were closed for refurb we got shouted to leave even there was no sign on fire saying closed and lights were on. Just rude staff and completely not necessary.

Just purchased a Costa coffee in Harlow retail park I honestly was looking to see where they put the batteries in because the people behind the counter acted like they was robots no emotion no real recognition of you at all don’t think I will bother getting back

This place really needs a more staff. Today I waited so long only for my hot chocolate and it was not crowded as compared to others outlets of Costa. It was only because of shortage of staff, there was only two ladies were serving. They were taking too much time for taking orders and delivering orders.
