Honestly such a lovely cafe, I’ve brought so many friends and family here because the atmosphere and staff are so lovely and the food is delicious. The hollandaise sauce is to die for, best I’ve had from any cafe. In these photos I had a latte with oat milk and salted caramel syrup (it was so creamy and tasty, perfectly sweetened) but I have also had a chai latte from here and oh my goodness it is just unreal, one of the best I’ve ever had. The food was extremely delicious, one of the best brunches in UK for me so far. I was amazed by the lady who served me. She was attentive, kind and polite. This cafe is busy for a reason, but the stuff will find you a place no matter. You have to try a pulled pork burger and hashbrown with parmesan, it’s out of this world. The matcha late is perfectly blended.

From the first moment I walked in I knew this place was the gonna live up to the hype. It was bustling and Ellie was supeb, she got me a lovely coffee and some water right away. The cortardo was smooth and the perfect temperature, it was a great coffee made with care and served in a lovely glass. I ordered the pulled pork bun, this was absolutely packed! Sweet and smoky pulled pork with juicy pickles and fresh slaw, just wow! The crispy onions were an amazing touch, the sauce was sticky and sweet, a little spicy and just right for me. Popped into Ethos today with my husband and honestly – what a vibe. The place has this cool hipster / Woodstock feel, really relaxed and a bit different from the usual cafés. We had their signature hashbrowns and they were absolutely banging. Seriously good. The coffee was spot on too. Massive shoutout to the staff – super friendly, polite and actually funny (which you don’t see that often). The whole team made the place feel really welcoming and easy to enjoy.
