Good range of products for what is quite a small shop, including an excellent wine selection. The fresh bread, meat and deli selection is also good. I don't like the location in the middle of Havant, due to the level of traffic congestion. I also hate the fact that so many self-service tills have been installed. I will queue for longer to be served by a real person, as will many other customers. I still miss the larger, better laid out store in Waterlooville.

It's a relatively small store, and so the variety of products isn't huge. The level of service is great, not had a bad interaction so far. The car park below, which is free can get busy at times, but once you've got through that you are OK.

20/5/2025 Surprisingly today selling February item on shelf. Look likely doesn't care to customers health issue 4/3/2025 update Today I when to this branch for some snacks unfortunately the shelf has expired item and I had been given 3 time chance to make it right, First time I take the bag to counter to inform them the item was expired a month ago Second time I hand over to a staff n inform them the item was expired over a month and I do think the item was put it back without checking it as the same date as the first time. Third time over two week and had informed the staff. Today is fourth

My young son popped in to collect an Amazon parcel for me this morning and the woman who served him was incredibly rude and aggressive. My son was left quite upset and there really was no need for her to have such a bad attitude. Very bad service.
