We are extremely disappointed with the quality of food from this restaurant. We live very close by and, as Malayalis, we were really happy to have a Kerala restaurant nearby. Unfortunately, our experience has consistently gone downhill. In the beginning, the food was decent. However, over time the quality has steadily worsened. On several occasions, the food was oversalted, excessively oily, or undercooked. We even called and provided feedback directly, hoping things would improve. Customer service was excellent! It was my first time trying Kerala food, and I was really impressed. The Chicken Paal Kappa was the standout dish—absolutely delicious. Jomes provided outstanding service, explaining everything patiently and politely. Three of us went for dinner, and it only cost £27, which is amazing value for such tasty food. Claypot Kerala Restaurant offers a decent spread of authentic cuisine from the southern Indian state of Kerala. Located at the very start of Princess Drive, there are few parking spaces available just outside. As these slots were taken up, we parked in one of the adjacent roads.
