This has to be the worst McDonalds I’ve ever ordered from. They get the order and items wrong more times than they get it right. Always forgetting simple things like straws. They filled a 5 piece chicken select box with cheese bites… the mistakes they constantly seem to make are so basic it’s ridiculous. Chips are always dry and taste like cardboard. Not normally one to leave bad reviews however its happened so many times with this McDonalds it needs to be shared. Will not be ordering again from here

sick to death of this specific branch and the people that work here. they are lazy and careless. i have been in there countless times and always had rude and blunt interactions with the staff, so i decided if i was going to order mcdonald’s, it would be through uber eats. last time i did it they forgot my sauces that i paid 90p extra for (3x sauces), i let it go because typical mcdonald’s. this time i ordered, i rang up and asked that they please make sure my sauces are included this time, as i paid for them as well this time round. i was reassured that they would be. can you guess what happen

I am absolutely fuming and disgusted by how useless, blind and thick the employees are in this place. They can not read a single order properly and they just want to rush out the food. My fiancée and I ordered off the uber eats app, we ordered a milk and a variety of sauces none of which arrived. They replaced the milk with a fruit shoot and never sent the sauces. This is disgraceful and so unprofessional I would not recommend ordering from here ever again and the staff have to be trained on how to do their job because this is shocking service.
