This store is very tight on potions. I ordered chicken rice box for £7.29 It barely had few pieces of chicken inside not worth for the money you pay and Pretty poor service at the till, hardly friendly. Perhaps the owner of this store needs be more generous with the portion size.

After following up on my initial complaint regarding an order placed on 01/06/26, I am extremely disappointed by both the handling of the issue and the lack of accountability shown by this store. On the day of delivery, my order was left on my doorstep without my knowledge. The only reason I discovered it was because a housemate happened to notice it and inform me. The food had been left outside unattended. I had been listening out for the door and regularly checking my phone, yet no one knocked and no phone call was received. I've been a regular customer at Pepe's for a long time, both eating in and ordering takeaways, and the food never disappoints. Everything is always fresh, hot, and packed with flavour. One of my favourites is the paneer with rice – it's absolutely delicious and consistently cooked to perfection every time. The chicken, whatever form you have it its always juicy and well-seasoned, the portions are generous, and the quality is consistently excellent. The service at this branch is always friendly, quick, and welcoming. It's rare to find a place that maintains such high standards on every visit.
