I had a very disappointing experience. I clearly informed the staff that I have a tomato allergy, but my meal still arrived with tomatoes in it. I had an allergic reaction and needed to use my EpiPen. This was extremely frightening and shows that allergies were not taken seriously. The meat had a bad smell and did not seem fresh, and the overall quality of the food was poor. The customer service was awful. The manager was rude and unprofessional throughout my visit. Bad Food and Bad Service! I was very disappointed as I was recommended by my family friend that has been there 3 times and has always enjoyed the food. We were waiting over half an hour before we had to call for someone to take our order, as they were more concerned with servicing other customers, not even drinks were offered at that point. The restaurant was not busy when we arrived. We even had to ask for the complimentary Turkish bread and dip. They are such warm and kind-hearted people. I really enjoy starting with bread sprinkled with spicy powder, along with some salads and dips. The flavor of these chicken wings is truly amazing.
