One of the best Sunday roasts that we’ve had. Lovely , specious and airy pub. The food was absolutely delicious. My daughter enjoyed her fish and chips that looked and tasted so fresh. The highlight was the service which was great. Lately, we have been so let down by the customer services of our go to restaurants so we were pleasantly pleased by the service we have received. Shout out to Anna who was so attentive and friendly. Will definitely go back 👌🏻

Lovely people, great service. Bit slow on food delivery, but everything is super fresh, and almost always full house, so guess that slows down bit. But stuff super helpfull, and easily does bridge the waiting time with some amazing bread and some great quality butter. 🥰

Absolutely delicious Sunday roast! We each had a different one and there was much discussion on whose was the best because we just couldn’t decide; the consensus was the Yorkshire puddings were some of the best we’d ever had! Bring a big appetite because the dessert was equally to die for. Laura was a wonderful host and waitress, and made the lively atmosphere even more enjoyable as we were really made to feel at home. Highly recommend!

The Gatehouse is the go-to place for a proper Sunday roast. Great vibes and even better service. My only complaint is that the horseradish sauce was forgotten again, and I had to wait a while for it to arrive. When you have a perfect piece of beef sirloin, then you want to eat it right away! Aside from that, it's 5/5
