I’m extremely disappointed with my order from your restaurant today. I regularly order from this Nando’s and usually have a good experience, which is why this was even more frustrating. The chips arrived almost empty, even though I paid for food that should have come properly portioned. I also paid extra for rice, and the portion was practically empty as well. On top of that, no sauces were included with the order. The chicken was also burnt and tasted overcooked, which made the meal very unpleasant. Great staff. Martin especially is brilliant, very friendly, helpful and professional. Generally great place for families. They have colouring stuff for little ones and service is quick. Never miss items when ordering takeout. Recommend collecting so you can choose some sauces (which they have pots for).
