Visited Café Nero in Hounslow and left wondering if I’d accidentally signed up for a survival experience rather than a coffee break. One drink arrived in a visibly dirty cup! When I pointed it out, the response was a casual “I can change it if you want,” delivered with all the urgency of someone discussing the weather. No apology, no instinct to fix it! I visit this Caffè Nero almost every day, and it has truly become one of my favourite places.
