Eating experience ruined by a series of bad experiences. 1. Need to hire staff that can read instructions without needing help from the front desk... 2. Need to hire staff that know how to WRAP a burrito instead of rolling up a tortilla so loosely that the minute you open it to eat it falls out the end. 3. Cleaning in-between preparing food is just disgusting... Highly recommend reviewing the entire work force in hounslow and re-hiring competent employees that can READ and are CLEAN.

I recently visited German Doner Kebab in Hounslow and had a disappointing experience. I ordered a kebab meal, but the fries I received were very soggy and not fresh. I went back to the counter and spoke to a staff member named Ereena. Unfortunately, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the issue. She simply took the fries without saying much, and another staff member nearby also looked at me without offering any assistance. The overall response made me feel uncomfortable, as if I had done something wrong for raising a genuine concern. Good customer service is just as important as food q
