I ordered tacos from the delivery app. I picked chicken as the protein in both my tacos. But they put beef instead. I tried to contact them but there is no contact number to do such. I can’t even eat this due to my religion. It’s going to have to go to the bin now which is wasting food. Not the first time they messed up things. Not ordering again from here.

I have a good impression that taco bell have reasonable prices and good taste but Worst customer service ever a lady on the till I paid the money the payment is done but she said the payment is not gone through she didn’t check properly I haven’t check on my phone so I paid again by cash so i asked refund she doesn’t know how to refund asking me to take another item is that fair? At least cashier should know how to make refund and sort out the problem
