They are never opened at 8am when they should be, constantly putting up a sign 'open at 9am' and even then it can be a struggle. The staff are not really welcoming, no greetings and no smiles, no goodbye so customer service sucks. Mainly when food is toasted it's extremely hard right away. Overall experience is pretty bad.

Great to finally have a halal Subway in Huddersfield — the food is excellent. However, the service needs improvement. I waited over 10 minutes with several people still ahead of me, while Uber orders were prioritised and only one staff member was working. I had to leave without ordering. Better staffing and queue management would really improve the experience.

came in today and was served by mani, first time in huddersfield and i felt like a subway and he made my experience top tire. he knew exactly the way i wanted my food when only explained once, this is what people mean when they say listen to ur customers!. the food was all nice and fresh looking and the shop was exceptionally clean
