Brought out Mac crispy that was stone cold, and fries that were the same. Staff seemed to think that it was funny when I brought the food back. Manager had little to say, and then sent another staff member out to the counter with the replacement food. Not even an apology. Also there were some off duty staff ordering, and staff serving spent more time with them than addressing my complaints. Disgusting. They treat their customers like filth.

tried to go in and order some food for my work friends and myself, they wouldn’t let me in to order food because they seem to think i’m one of those kids that like to terror the place. if they don’t want service that’s fine! maybe they shouldn’t have made the place a 24/7 mcdonald’s. what a load of knobs

Normally don’t have a problem with fast food but this was different . The burger that I bought looked like someone didn’t give me a burger but the ingredients for it . The fries weren’t good like always but at least there was some polite staff

After waiting for my order and seeing my number appear and disappear I asked when my food was coming and was brushed off with “it’s coming”. After waiting another 10 minutes I had to leave for an appointment. After paying £7.18 for breakfast I departed having not received my meal.
