I ordered from smokeys grill and fries through uber eats and found what appears to be a insect in my food. This is completely unacceptable and a serious hygiene concern. I had to stop eating immediately and documented everything with photos . Food safety should be the absolute minimum standard for any restaurant. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend ordering from here. No customer should ever experience this

Ordered a steak doner from Doneroo/smokyz on Uber Eats honestly terrible. The “steak” was rubbery, like chewing gum didn’t feel like real meat at all. Chicken wasn’t any better no flavour and poor quality. Even the chips were soggy. Really disappointing, not edible went straight in the bin.

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a chicken and rice box, but it was covered in an extremely strong red sauce that made the entire dish look and taste unnatural. The rice was completely soaked and turned fully red. The chicken didn’t taste properly cooked and had no grilled or smoky flavor at all. Overall, poor quality and not worth it. Would not recommend chicken rice box.

I always eat wings from Smokyz and I’m honestly OBSESSED 😭🔥 The flavour never disappoints it’s juicy, it’s spicy, and always perfect every single time. But today they really won my heart…their takeaway bag actually keeps your food hot (or cold when needed), which just shows the extra thought they put into everything. Amazing food, great quality, and my go-to place for wings always!
