Spent several days in Inverness and completely fell in love with this spot. Birch Coffee has amazing coffee! As a roaster they have a rotating selection of beans from different regions, and the Peru and Geisha pour-overs were my favorites. The cold brew was also top-notch and one of the best I’ve had in a long time. Beyond the coffee, they offer a great selection of sweet and savory food options that really hit the spot.
