Great shopping experience today! Full shelves and a huge range of free from so we ended up spending more than we planned but happy. Very clean. Shop floor colleagues were very helpful checking prices for us as id noticed a Lego set with wrong price on shelf edge. Checkout operator Pauline was lovely and had a good laugh with us

one of the better big stores always feels pretty chilled out store i used to visit regulary with my mum who was in a wheelchair and the store was great for a wheelchair mthey used to have a large clothing dept and cafe up stairs but that got taken away which wasnt great the cafe that used to be there was badly run but most stores removed them which was short sighted ,stores like these should have an area for even a tea and cake sandwich .an area people can sit down esp those who are elderly and disabled the store its self always seems fairly well stocked and clean and it doesnt have the approa

If I could give negative stars then I definitely would. At one point this was a flagship store but it is so tired now. Outside if you dare use the cashpoint it looks like remnants from a crime scene...not very inviting. Inside a lot of shelves are empty and is generally overpriced. On 14th March I arrived at 7pm to collect an item I had purchased through Argos....this was fine. We then spent over £100 throughout the store and even on Nectar card prices it is still quite expensive. The main gripe though is the men's toilet which I used prior to leaving. Well stocked Sainsbury's branch. Trying to helping organic farming, I was looking for organic salad. Sainsbury's are the only major supermarket in Scotland that sells organic salad. Try it, it's really nice! My only gripe is that this branch doesn't sell fresh coconuts 😨!
