Visited for lunch during a weekend. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. A member of our party had a gluten intolerance - and the staff were good at pointing out which items he could have, and what items could be adapted to be gluten free. The food was really nice, I went for a Christmas pizza and the Christmas snowballs dessert - which was really nice!

I came to Pizza Express this week after previously visiting 6 years ago. Unfortunately I’m guessing due to the economy, the standard pizza size has drastically decreased, but prices have drastically increased. I got a margarita pizza plus chicken (additional £2.50 - however as seen in the picture attached, I definitely received less than £2.50 worth of chicken) Dough balls, a small pizza and a drink cost £25, a lot of money for a simple lunch, however the food was extremely good, albeit lukewarm. Great customer service despite a fully booked restaurant

Great friendly environment, fabulous service from the staff included her lovely and great explanation of the options available with the deserts. We had a lovely time just being able to enjoy the service provided and the food quality was perfect. Was just a simple date night but we had a great time. Wish I got the name of the staff member who served us and welcomed us into the restaurant as she was fantastic, friendly, helpful and our food was with us quickly.
