Best Kebab House in the country. Consistently the best for 30+ years. The grilled meats are amazing but if you love Doner, this place has the best Doner meat around. High quality brown meat, not grey like everywhere else. Service is fantastic. If you're getting a kebab from anywhere else you're making a massive mistake.

This place has gone seriously downhill. I paid £21 for a “medium” doner, cheesy chips, a dip and two cans of Coke, and the portion was tiny — more like a child’s size. The kebab didn’t even come in a proper tray they’d made one out of paper and was dryyy, chips were hard and stale The customer service over the phone was also disappointing. When I questioned the portion size, I was just told, “that’s how it comes.” For the price, the quality just isn’t there at all. Overall, a complete rip-off. I won’t be ordering again.

We ordered online for delivery and were sent uncooked chicken. Immediately called to bring this up and ask for a refund if possible. The man on the phone said it was just veins. As you can see from the photo this is not just veins! We were told we could be sent a new one - this wasn’t an option for us as we had to go out to which we were told this wasn’t his problem and he could only then offer a discount - like we would want to order from a place that would handle a situation like this so poorly again. I purchased food from Sultan Kebab in Kettering for my daughter. After eating the food, she began experiencing stomach problems and felt very unwell. I also noticed that the garlic mayonnaise sauce had an unusual appearance, with areas of different colours (some darker and some lighter), which gave me the impression that the sauce was not fresh. As a result of this experience, I am very disappointed with the standards of hygiene and the quality of the food served. I believe this matter should be investigated to help prevent similar incidents from happening to other customers.
