Michael Collins★★★★★Dropped into the Bleeding Wolf this lunch time. Ample free parking towards the rear of the pub. As we entered noticed the sign board Fish and Chip Tuesday so thought that's ideal. We entered made our way to the reception desk unfortunately they were completely booked next table wouldn't be available for an hour to an hour and a half, yes on a Tuesday the Bleeding wolf was packed. As we were talking to each other deciding if we would stay and wait or push on the orders were constantly coming past and every dish looked amazing. Such ashame but with so many people dining here gives you some indic
Caroline Evans★★★★We visited on a Sunday and had Sunday lunch. The food was lovely. It was busy but not crowded and the atmosphere was nice. The servers weren't particularly friendly, didn't engage in pleasantries but were polite. Food came in a reasonable time but it took a long time to get anyones attention so we could pay!! I think they were just really busy, this is the only reason I would hesitate to return. The chickens wandering around outside were very sweet. There was plenty of parking and it was simple to pre-book on their website.
Sue Taylor★★★★★Ages since been here but it was like chalk and cheese to a pub chain. Gorgeous pub, lovely surroundings, chickens to look at and a play area with tables and lighting outside. Very quaint with thatched roof just draws people in. Plenty of disabled parking spaces and level wheelchair access (doors a little heavy but staff very willing to help). Very accommodating and gorgeous building inside too. Lots of home made meals and choices. Great quality and value , no more than the going rate for a pub meal but feels like so much more because of the atmosphere. Accessible toilets and staff are very ple
Leena Gale★★★★A great place to have a meal. The restaurant is inviting, clean with a nice ambience. I had the duck starter with skinny fries. Unfortunately the duck was a bit overcooked and crispy for my liking. The fries were delicious. Hubby had gammon which he loved and my friends had the unicorn pie which they thoroughly enjoyed. Free parking, very friendly staff. Highly recommended and I would come again.
