Small branch on busy high street, but they've got few seats inside. I wanted to check their mocha and it was the best mocha served in any Paul branch visited so far: not overly chocolatey or super sweet, decent size for a single. Good service, fast but it was late afternoon and not many people around.

I come here every single morning, and I absolutely love the avocado mozzarella sandwiches, as well as the almond croissants. The morning deal you offer is amazing. Everyone working here is so warm and friendly, but Elena is my absolute favorite. She is so calm, sweet, and always smiling. Seeing this first thing in the morning makes me feel so good.Thank you

A nice and cosy place in Hampstead. Only 4 high chairs to sit inside and 4 tables outside, so not oozing in size. We had 2 hot chocolates, 2 croissants, 1 halloumi and pepper toastie and 2 desserts including a chocolate éclair. To be honest, although the toastie was tasty, it was disappointingly cold. Staff claimed the microwave wasn't working but still put the sandwich in the sandwich press. Although the bread was toasted, the filling remained cold. This was frustrating and annoying. I visited PAUL Hampstead yesterday morning and had a wonderful experience. Elena provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made me feel valued as a customer. On top of that, the coffee was excellent – perfectly prepared and one of the best I’ve had in a while.
