A nice bar that, in summer, opens its front windows fully to let in a nice breeze and keep things cool. It was good to see a different selection of beers and lagers than you typically find in most pubs. Three of us ordered the fish and chips. I found mine a little heavy on the batter with not quite enough fish, though my two friends were perfectly happy with theirs — so perhaps I was simply unlucky. Everything about this place was delectable. I tried the signature gallery fried chicken burger, and I tell you this now it did not disappoint. The drinks selection is absolutely outstanding, with a lot of options for all kinds of beverage enjoyers. Ranging from ales to cocktails. There is also free pool in the downstairs area, along with numerous games free to use! If you want a nice chill relaxing time with friends or family, this is the place to go.

So I have been coming to this place for years but this last visit left an impression on my stomach:) Food was 10-10. We sat on the window seat watching the world going by...with our zingy bloody Mary's and fab food. 2 of us shared the mushrooms on toast, then the star was the French toast with caramelised bacon and maple syrup...yum! Service and vibe was fab...plus free pool table downstairs..Will be back
