First time using this branch in a while & I've found the Kilmarnock KFC dirty & unkept & it's been like this for years. For my meal Got the Chicken Kansas box meal, looked great on the advertising board, big, juicy & a big feast, but sadly it was all the opposite.The meal itself was small, the burger was tiny, chicken strips were dry & everything was basically tasteless ,the fries were probably the best thing about the whole box meal I wouldn't buy again & it was a waist of money, the Dr pepper was watered down aswell, down the years I think most fast food chains, have went downhill rapidly, b

Food is always decent but had a pretty disrespectful visit tonight when we were genuinely kicked out from the restaurant via the fire exit at 9pm, despite Google saying they're open until 11. "Im not rushing you but the restaurant is now shut so I need you guys to leave". A family tried to enter the restaurant at 9pm only to be told it was the drive thru that's open until 10, even though the drive thru is currently coned off with wet floor signs. Older guy running it like the navy, and not in a good way. KFC is currently quite busy as I'm writing this so perhaps the manager is allergic to mone
