Delicious, authentic Indian food that left me pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste! Stars of the show for me were definitely the creamy butter chicken and the fluffy garlic naan. Family also had glowing reviews for the lamb kalia so check that out too! Also shout of to the extremely friendly and attentive staff that delivered outstanding service. Would definitely recommend and I’ll be back for sure!

Ordered take away and the chicken chatt puri was awful! Had a plastic/ chemical taste to it and unable to eat it. Really disappointed as had before and was delicious. Called and initially told they had sold lots and it was fine there and that they would try better next time. Explained it was all I had ordered for myself to eat and had nothing. Offered to take it to show them. Told they would give us a free onion bagee next order.?? Not impressed!

Can’t comment on the food as it took 2 hours to deliver it after loads of calls and being lied to every time. We have been using the Indian gate for 30 years and the food has always been excellent. It’s a pity the delivery service can’t be as good. I don’t understand how a restaurant would offer delivery if they can’t follow through. If I ordered at peak time I would understand but I rang at 5.30 pm to be told 1 hour and 10 mins. Still sitting here waiting 2 hours later.

Had a wonderful evening here for my partner’s birthday. The staff went out of their way to make it special, and the food was consistently excellent — especially the lamb rogan josh and orzo naan. Highly recommend if you want a memorable meal in King’s Lynn.
