Ordered mini FLUFFY pancakes and received a rather sad undercooked flat pancakes that weren’t edible. Photos attached. Rang the store and the girl elisa was rather rude and dismissive. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I wouldn’t even rate 1 star!

Overall in shop experiences have been fine however do NOT order from uber eats at ANY circumstance I got a Soggy piece of cookie dough that was not half the size that I ordered. It came out on a total of £13 with delivery one side was over burnt and the other side was undercooked.

I went with my husband and three grandchildren today. So very disappointed not been for a long time so was really looking forward to it. I got myself an Ice-cream which was bought in something you would put tomatoe sauce in so small was disgusted would not order again. My husbands coffee was very weak tasting and he is a coffee drinker. My Grandaughters got a cookie dough based pudding each again very small for the price that was paid. The toilets were not a nice experience, toilet seat was not appropriately fitted. The toilet roll holder rusty, floors and skirting boards dusty and dirty. Woul

We tried a few ice-creams, cocktails and waffles and it all was really good. Friendly staff and interesting interior design. The only downside was a dirty toilet with no soap, no paper towels and no water in a tap!
