The food was very good really enjoyed the chorizo cabarnara,and my son enjoyed the meatballs and pasta but it was very spicy. We also enjoyed our deserts. The staff was really lovely and helpful especially with my dietary requirements to. I will definitely be back again whenever im in Hull.

We visited this branch of Zizzi in Hull on a early Friday evening in mid November. Zizzi is a restaurant chain of choice for us we enjoy the food and the menu choices. We had booked a table and upon arrival were quickly shown to it by a member of staff. The restaurant wasn’t overly full at the time of our visit, the atmosphere was good and it was the right volume to have a conversation. The waiter who took our order was very polite and enthusiastic which was good to see. We had some questions regarding the special offers that you can get from the ‘Zillionaire’ app and although he didn’t know

Deeply impressed with the quality of the food, but also with the staff. Very nice and professional. Food was on the table shortly after ordering and it did not seem pre done/just heated. It was very fresh. I had a seabass with salad and a pollo milanese with salad. The only negative was the size of the fish. The pollo milanese was huge and very good. Desserts were very sweet, but that is a matter of taste. Most people like them that sweet.

Greeting on the door was swift, service was very good and pleasant. Attentive even during a clear busy period. The food is cooked in an open kitchen and adds to the atmosphere well, with the open flame pizza oven taking centre stage. The food arrived promptly but this was lacking in a little flavour. Table nibbles and a hot chocolate to finish was a nice touch.
