I just had a really poor customer service phone call experience with this person who called herself as Daniela, really bad attitude, disrespectful worker, damaging image to the company that I personally enjoy buying from. Please advice your people to at least have a bit of and sympathy and respect towards the customers.

So, Do you actually read what the customer requests, and do you actually follow protocol? We asked for no veg on the order we requested. Yet all your scraps by the looks of it ended up on my foot long. Read what the customer requests next time? Ill come in the shop and make it myself next time. For £40 order id expect my foot long to at least be right. Jesus. What if I had allergic reactions to certain veg? Get it fight, not that hard!!

I'm not sure this lot know what they're doing. There is no order what so ever. Stood there for 5 mins waiting for her to put salad etc on whilst she was off doing other orders and mine was going cold during this 3 other staff members just seemed to be pottering around aimlessly. Definitely wouldn't come back here again
