Hello, I placed an order today (Order Number: 248004975143) for collection from the Liverpool Bootle store. My order included 1 Tomato Toastie (£5.50) and 2 Cherry & Vanilla Cakes (£8.40), making a total of £13.90. When my husband went to collect the order, he was told that the Cherry & Vanilla Cakes were not available, even though they were shown as available in the app when I placed the order and the payment was taken from my account. I would like a refund for the cakes that were not provided. We spoke to the store, but they advised us to contact customer service regarding the refund. I w

Went today for a buttie and coffee did not have much left but it was 1.55pm got served by a young girl after her and the other member of staff was chatting to a customer. Behind the counter was very dirty the floor was a mess and there was only abot 10 customers sitting round the shop . Just thought they could have cleaned up the place especially behind the counter

Avoid it needs a good clean the tray looked like it's never been cleaned the general appearance is just grubby don't sit near the toilets the smell will put you of your coffee staff were efficient coffee was nice but the place looks run down and dirty and I don't think dogs should be let in
